Cellderma: The new superhereo brand on the market
With a whole host of products on the market that claim to achieve various results and it can be quite daunting, not to mention time consuming when you think about all the different serums, creams etc that we all think we need these days. So, what if I told you that I have found a product/brand that REALLY works and really does exactly what it says it will?
The product range is Cellderma and was created by the incredible Dr Dev Patel, who is an aesthetic doctor who has an immense passion in creating a skincare range that really work rather than just saying it does. He has teamed together the science, technology and intellect of leading labs from Switzerland and South Korea all paired with only using the best ingredients on the market which really makes Cellderma one of the most exciting brands on the market right now.
Let’s take a look at some of the key products in the range:
The ‘Super Serum’ GF5:
This product is a miracle in a bottle! He has been clinically proven to dramatically reduce post-procedure healing times and improve the overall quality of the skin. When chatting to Dr Patel he has used this on patients who have experience facial trauma, skin conditions like Rosacea or eczema and for general anti-ageing. Like all the Cellderma products this is fragrance free (which I love as I have sensitive skin and suffer from Rosacea) it’s has a clear kind of gel like texture and glides on easily. I first started using this when I was having a mild flair up of my rosacea and not only has it calmed my skin, it’s made it clearer, brighter and more plump looking. I smoothed it down my neck as well and have noticed my creepy skin looking more taught. This will now play a permanent part in my beauty regime.
The Vitamin C Complex Serum:
This is another product in the range I love and will be switching from my usual Medik8 one to this. It’s a lightweight clear liquid that quickly sinks into the skin. A fantastic all-rounder, it protects against free radical damage, whilst increasing hydration and improving the overall brightness and appearance of the skin. A powerful trio of highly stable forms of vitamin C offers an effective solution for those suffering from premature ageing, including the effects of both extrinsic (e.g. environmental damage) and intrinsic (genetic factors) ageing. What bumps this up to a 10/10 for me in that it is based in a hyaluronic acid medium for enhanced penetration of active ingredients and optimal hydration so its your hyaluronic acid and Vit C Serum in one! Again, perfect for my sensitive skin.
Youth Restore:
This has two of the buzz word ingredients in it - peptide and growth factors. Dev did warn me that this may cause redness on the first try and to patch test and then work my way up to it but I didn’t listen and smothered it all over my face and neck followed by my retinal cream so needless to say I was red for a few hours after! However, after that I applied just a few drops every other evening working up to every day and the results were spectacular. I’ve heard about the power of peptides but like all of Cellederma ingredients these are the gold standard and with over 40 active ingredients this product doesn’t mess about. It reduces eye wrinkles by up to 46% in 4 weeks, Improves skin elasticity by up to 47% in 4 weeks, its anti-inflammatory benefits to soothe skin, fights dehydration and helps plump skin.
Tinted Mineral SPF 30 and 50:
I tried the SPF 30 and I loved it. Again, I have to be careful what I use on my face as this Tinted Mineral SPF 30 by CellDerma provides effective, broad-spectrum protection from the sun’s harmful UV rays with its 100% mineral filters with nanotechnology.
