British born with Indian Italian descent, Zara Martin, is a model, actress, dj, brand ambassador and an avid globetrotter, working non-stop on all continents. In this photoshoot BLOWUP Creative director and photographer Erica Bergsmeds and the talented glam team turn Zara into “Old Hollywood Glam”. Photographed at Londons’s Chess Club. We asked her a few Questions.

What would your 16 year old self say to you now?

You’re old. Lol.

What is the one thing that you wish you could do to look after the environment?

Eliminate single-use plastic products. I’m involved with Project0, who have partnered with Sky on a campaign to raise awareness and also a line of products to replace these items (such as water bottles, bags, coffee cups and more) launching this Autumn.

Best advice you’ve been given?

Don’t compare yourself to other people. Increasingly hard not to with the social media culture we live in but even more poignant.

Creating/my husband/food.

Giving up gluten.

Run for Mayor of London

Should you focus on today or tomorrow?

I’m always looking ahead. Maybe that’s wrong as I’m not the most “present" person you’ve ever met. I don’t know.. both?
