- Just 30 minutes twice a week for 3 weeks
- Equivalent to doing 20,000 sit ups
- Burns fat and tones muscles
- Results continue to improve 4 weeks after last treatment
- Results should last if you keep fit and stick to a healthy diet
After my 2nd daughter my stomach never quite looked like it belonged to the rest of my body - which for a 40 year old mother of two doesn’t look too bad - I work out and try to stick to a healthy diet, however, I had a mild diastasis recti where my abs didn’t quite go back together so when I heard that Emsculpt could help with this I wanted to see if it could help as all the specialist exercises I’d tried up to that point hadn’t made any difference.
I contacted the incredible Dr Rita Rakus, who is the global ambassador for Emsculpt so I knew she would be the best doctor to do the treatment with. The machine is pretty straight forward, a giant pad is strapped to your abs (it’s the same pad they would strap to your bum if you were going for that treatment) and then you just sit back for 30 minutes. Now, I’m not going to lie it can be a little intense as the high-intensity focused electromagnetic energy triggers what’s called supramaximal contractions (ones that can’t be achieved with sit ups) but the results are more than worth a little bit of pain.
