Collagen:

There’s a reason why this superfood is touted by beauty editors as the hottest thing for glowing skin - because that’s exactly what it does for you! And this for me is the powder that I cannot live without. Collagen is the most abundant protein in your body and you need a collagen supplement to replace what you lose with age. Studies have found that taking between 5g and 10g of collagen daily can improve skin elasticity, improve bone density in post-menopausal women and improve joint health.
